Felipe is a Senior Product Designer for Def Method. He is UX Master Certified by Nielsen Norman Group and has worked as a designer for 15 years in many industries. He has also worked as a design consultant in the Pivotal Labs. In addition, he worked on projects for enterprises like VMware, SAP, Nespresso, Microsoft and CEMEX. He likes to incorporate human-centered design, different research methods, and workshops to define better problem statements, validate the hypothesis, and design solutions.
Projects
As Product Designer and Design Lead, he works in all parts of the research & design process and enables teams to change their way of work, become more agile and use human-centered design in the software development process. He helps define processes and documentations for research, making it faster for the team to interview users more often.
Aela:
I taught product design and user experience and also mentored students. I created the MVP of the company in 2016, and I have already mentored more than 500 people. Today Aela is one of the main sites in Brazil with content related to design. In 2022 I helped the team start content design in English.
SAP Concur:
In a mobile team, I've led the design for two critical products in the company: Expenseit and Request. In addition, I also set up a process to manage and support UX and UI requests from three mobile teams to ensure transparency and accountability
Luxury car marketplace:
